I love this quote. It challenges me to ask the question.

Is life happening to me or am I happening to it? We have a choice. Little by little, step by step a path is chosen. This is good news. This means step by step we can adjust our path.

This quote is from the book I am reading Fast/Forward. This is one of the great books from a service I use called LeaderBox from Michael Hyatt & Company.  A company I use for personal coaching.

As a part of a journaling practice each morning. I ask myself which step will I take? Which path will I choose?

So, pause for a second……..

Ask yourself. Which step will I take today? Only focus on one step. Which path will I choose?
